Our Taper Bush pulleys are fully machined on CNC machines assuring consistency in quality. We supply pulleys with Taper bush that are pre bored with keyways. Pulleys are dynamically balanced as a standard; Keyways can be broached on request at extra cost. Pulleys can be supplied painted, epoxy painted or phosphated as per your requirement.
Swati Stationary Variable Pitch Pulleys are Designed for V belt applications for the following sections; Z /SPZ, A /SPA, B /SPB. These pulleys allow adjustment to optimize working speed of a blower by a simple operation on one pulley only.
Variable pitch pulleys are precisely machined on CNC turing centres, Dynamically balanced with prebored bore & keyways. Variable Pitch Pulleys with Taper bush can also be supplied. The speed variation ratics of the variable pitch pulleys are between 1:1,3 & 1:1,4.
